Monsoon Memories

Monsoon Memories is a Canada based Home decor business located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They provide home decor candles which are made from locally sourced beeswax to make stunning pieces that elevate home decor. Monsoon memories came to us with this vision and we worked with them to translate this into a brand language and story that highlighted their USP. With our deep dive sessions, we were able to identify the core emphasis of ‘memories’ in their brand, and we worked on translating this across the brand world. Monsoon Memories was built around the founders fond memories from her childhood, and this was the inspiration to build a story around every product that is designed to create or trigger a memory or simply bring that ‘at home’ vibe to a customers home.

The brand also carried a strong social vision to impact the community around them by donating a percentage of their profits to a cause that resonated with them. In order to represent this within the brand story - we created the concept of ‘building better memories’, carrying the core narrative of the Monsoon Memories brand to these essential aspects of the business.

We designed the brand’s E-commerce store to facilitate a smooth shopping experience for customers, while maintaining a meaningful brand experience and introducing strategic buying incentives and tools within the experience design.
